Contents and confidentiality

The following compensation elements are recorded and analysed:

  • Base salary

  • Short-term and long-term variable compensation (target amount and actual payout)

  • Extraordinary compensation

  • Flat-rate expenses

  • Pension fund payments

  • Company car / mobility allowance

  • Other allowances

 

In addition to the level of compensation, the survey also covers current market trends and questions on compensation design (incl. the structure of short-term and long-term variable compensation), which also includes strategic aspects of compensation.

 

All information received in connection with the Swiss Bank Survey will be treated confidentially and may not be passed on to third parties.

If necessary, we pass on compensation information in anonymised and aggregated form so that it cannot be traced. This duty of confidentiality extends to all employees of our companies.
